This Privacy Policy describes how IBQ Apps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Multitimer & Stopwatch application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how the App operates.

1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

This App is designed to function as a productivity tool. We do not require you to create an account to use the core features of the App. We do not actively collect, store, or share Personally Identifiable Information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

2. Device Permissions and Local Data

To provide its intended features, the App requests specific device permissions. The data accessed through these permissions remains strictly on your local device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties:

• Notifications & Exact Alarms: The App requires these permissions to accurately alert you when a timer or stopwatch has finished, even if the App is running in the background or your screen is locked.
• Phone Call State: The App requests access to your phone's call state solely for the optional feature of automatically pausing a running timer or stopwatch when an incoming or active phone call is detected. We do not record your conversations, we do not access your call logs, and we do not see, store, or transmit the phone numbers of your incoming or outgoing calls. This permission is used locally in real-time and immediately discarded.

3. Automatically Collected Diagnostic and Advertising Data

To ensure the App remains functional, secure, and free to use, we integrate standard third-party services provided by Google. These services automatically collect specific anonymous data:

• Firebase Crashlytics: If the App experiences an error or crash, Crashlytics collects anonymous diagnostic data to help us identify and fix the bug. This data includes your device model, operating system version, and the specific line of code that failed. It does not contain any of your personal timer history or personal data.
• Google AdMob: The App uses AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device’s anonymous Advertising ID to serve non-personalized or personalized ads based on your device settings and regional consent laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers premium features through one-time purchases and subscriptions. All financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store’s Billing system. We do not process, collect, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or financial data. Google provides us only with an anonymous digital receipt to verify that your device has unlocked the premium features.

5. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your experience. Because your personal timer data and permission states (like call detection) are stored locally on your device, they are protected by your device's built-in operating system security. The anonymous diagnostic and advertising data collected by Google is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
